1. Reservations & Payments

By confirming a booking with Limo Edmonton, you agree to the following payment and scheduling terms:

• Fixed Flat Rates: Point-to-point and YEG airport transfer rates are fixed at the time of booking. Additional wait time or unscheduled stops requested during transit will incur extra charges.
• Payment Processing: A valid credit card is required to guarantee all reservations. Full payment or deposit pre-authorization is processed prior to dispatch.
• Billing Receipts: Digital receipts are emailed automatically upon completion of service.

2. Grace Periods & Wait Time

We accommodate travel delays to keep your experience stress-free:

• Airport Pickups (YEG): Domestic flight arrivals include 30 minutes of complimentary wait time after flight touchdown. International arrivals include 45 minutes. Extended delays are billed at our standard hourly rate.
• Non-Airport Pickups: Hotel, residential, and corporate office pickups include a 15-minute complimentary grace period from the scheduled time.

3. Passenger Conduct & Vehicle Policy

To ensure safety and maintain fleet standards for all clients:

• Strict No-Smoking Policy: Smoking, vaping, or the use of e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited inside all vehicles. A minimum cleaning fee of $350 CAD applies for violations.
• Vehicle Damage & Excessive Cleaning: Clients assume full financial responsibility for any damage caused by passengers or excessive spills requiring professional detailing.
• Passenger Safety: Chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a ride without refund if passengers exhibit unsafe or abusive behavior.

4. Limitation of Liability

While Limo Edmonton maintains an exceptional record of punctuality, we are not liable for transit delays caused by severe weather storms, highway road closures, major traffic accidents, or airline flight cancellations beyond our reasonable control.
